VELVET REVOLVER Guitarist Can't Wait To Play Vegas

December 30, 2004

Launch Radio Networks is reporting that VELVET REVOLVER will take the stage Friday night for a New Year's Eve bash at the Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas. Lead guitarist Slash says he can hardly wait to get the party started. "There's different cities that have their big sort of New Year's gala, but Las Vegas is, it's already a crazy, insane town as it is, and gotta be one of the hardest-partying places you can be in, is Las Vegas," he told Launch. "I've never played there on New Year's, but I've seen other bands play there on New Year's, and it's just, simply put, rocking."

VELVET REVOLVER will head overseas to tour Europe during January and February. But Slash says that VELVET REVOLVER will return to the States for a headlining trek in March.
